Mandy Zatorski, Owner and Certified Trainer and Behavior Consultant






Mandy Zatorski is a certified professional dog trainer and a certified behavior consultant (CPDT-KA, CBCC-KA) and owner of Mandy K9 Dog Training. She specializes in obedience training, behavior modification, and rehabilitation.
After working animal related fields for over two decades, Mandy is well known in the community for her expertise in animal behavior and rehabilitation, fighting animal cruelty and breed discrimination, educating and advocating for responsible pet ownership and her work rescuing dogs in need. Her professional experience over 20 years includes dog training, vet technician, kennel management, animal shelter population management, animal control and cruelty investigation, animal advocacy and rescue. Mandy has earned several certifications, including level 1 and level 2 Law Enforcement Training Institute for Animal Cruelty Investigations, MACA certification in 2013, Specialized Trainer Certificate from the Academy of Pet Careers, CCPDT Certification, Fear Free certified and is a registered Canine Good Citizen Evaluator with the AKC. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a minor in Forensic Science from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. Mandy’s recent tenure at St. Louis County Animal Care and Control as Animal Population Manger gave the shelter “no kill” status from her first day forward with her expertise in behavior evaluation, training, enrichment and shelter management. Mandy is Co-Founder and President of Missouri K9 Friends.
Ivey Bowman, Trainer





Ivey discovered her passion for working with dogs at a young age and has several years of experience in various roles advocating for canines. In pursuit of furthering her expertise, Ivey has joined Mandy K9 LLC as a Trainer. She is Fear-Free certified and an AKC registered Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. In addition to caring for her own dogs, Daisy and Beau, Ivey actively volunteers with Dirk’s Fund, a canine rescue and shelter that specializes in large breed dogs. She has a particular interest in working with dogs that are fearful and anxious. In her position at Mandy K9 LLC, Ivey is committed to empowering dog owners to cultivate strong relationships with their pets and is eager to learn under the expert guidance of Mandy as she works towards obtaining her CPDT-KA certification. In her leisure time, Ivey enjoys spending quality moments with her family, viewing crime dramas, reading literature on advancements in dog training and behavior, and engaging in trick training with Daisy.
